Fusing Literature to Life
Litpoetry is an educational and artistic project designed for lovers, readers & students of poetry (both established & new).
Litpoetry's aim is to kindle the love of poetry in a world where people find it difficult to know how to start.
The experience of getting familiar with poetry can be a frustrating one, with people often coming away from the experience feeling lost bewildered and out of their depth.
Litpoetry aims to take the reader by the hand and introduce them to a firm foundation of knowledge and understanding aimed at fostering in them a deep sense of love and appreciation for this magnificent art.
Poetry is worth it because the reading and writing of poetry is a revolutionary act that has the potential to transform both the reader and our world.
So, if you want to know more about poetry, follow us here at Litpoetry as we go on a journey of discovery; reading, analysing and discussing some of the most important poems ever written and demystifying the confusion commonly experienced by those curious enough to venture into the unknown.
This project has been supported by the Australian Government’s Regional Arts Fund which is provided through Regional Arts Australia, administered in Victoria by Regional Arts Victoria.

Donate to the Litpoetry Project
Litpoetry is a small enterprise that would really benefit from your financial support. Aside from a small Australian Arts Council Grant we received for the purchase of equipment in November 2020, the production costs of our work is paid for by us, the Litpoetry team.
Our costs include the paying of voice artists, the writing of video scripts, as well as the costs of filming and editing content.
While we are slowly growing our audience with the aim of creating a sustainable future, any donations would be much appreciated in helping us to make ends meet in the short term.
Once our YouTube channel reaches monetisation by attracting over 1000 subscribers, we will be halfway there.
As we work towards a viable income stream, your support will help us to continue to make the poetry content that we hope you love as much as we do.
